           * Destinations: We currently ship to the UK and select Nordic countries (including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland).

           * Condition for Return: Items must be returned in brand new, unused, and original condition so that they do not affect secondary sales. To ensure the boots remain in pristine condition, please test them indoors on clean surfaces or carpets to keep them completely free of dirt, mud, and horse hair. Items must include all original tags and packaging. If the value of the goods is reduced due to improper handling or outdoor testing, a deduction may be applied.
           * Refunds: Once we receive the returned items and confirm they are in perfect, undamaged condition, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
